Living Building Challenge

TGP subscribes to the principles of the Living Building Challenge to create buildings that give more than they take and positively impact the human-made and natural systems that interact with them.

Developed by the International Living Future Institute™, the Living Building Challenge is a green building certification program and sustainable design framework that visualizes the ideal conditions and considerations for the built environment. Through this program, we can develop buildings that positively impact the world around them.

The International Living Future Institute communicates transparency through Declare Labels. Declare is a transparency platform and product database that tells where a product comes from, what it is made of and where it goes at the end of its life. Required for Living Building Challenge and other projects, these labels help building professionals easily specify the right sustainable products for a project.
