Neoceram glass ceramic enables hearth appliance manufacturers and dealers to provide safe, high-efficiency gas- and wood-burning stoves and fireplaces with the latest design options. Neoceram can withstand continuous temperatures up to 1,292° F–nearly three times the heat resistance of tempered glass. It is ideal for use in high-efficiency heating appliances and cannot be broken by heat during typical usage.

Ceramic Frit Colors

Colored ceramic frit is fused at high temperatures to the glass and becomes a permanent coating that is as strong and durable as the glass. Neoceram is available in a variety of custom and standard frit colors, as well as edge detail patterns. Creating a custom look has never been easier.

Half Moon

Half Mirror Coating

Half mirror coating allows the flames to appear in the forefront of the glass, while the background of the stove remains visually obscured. When the flames are extinguished, the stove interior fades into the background so that the decorative exterior of the hearth remains the visual focus. The darker the fireplace interior, the more dramatic the effect.

Heat Reflective Coating (IR)

Heat reflective coating improves energy efficiency by suppressing and capturing the output of heat to improve combustion for high-efficiency stoves and fireplaces.  The coating raises the temperature of the glass to help reduce adhesion of soot, and provides a uniform glass surface that maintains a natural view of the stove or fireplace. 

Heat reflective coatings are available for various flat and curved glass configurations.

Anti-Reflective Coating (AR)

Anti-reflective coatings reduce light reflection and provide a clearer view of the fire.
