Fireframes ClearView™ System

TGP’s new Fireframes ClearView System is comprised of low-iron Pilkington Pyrostop® fire- and impact safety-rated glass with a narrow butt joint and heat-resistive perimeter frame. The slender butt-glazed joints allow for virtually unobstructed transitions between the pieces of adjoining fire-resistive glass. The result is longer spans of uninterrupted glass free of vertical mullions, improved views and enhanced light transmission. The system is UL classified and labeled. Check with TGP for available perimeter framing system options.

Case Study: Cincinnati Children’s Medical Center

Cincinatti Children's Medical Center'

During the development of the Clinical Services Pavilion at Cincinnati Children’s Medical Center, a point of emphasis for local GBBN Architects was to provide clinical researchers and hospital staff with visual connectivity between workspaces and access to natural light.

TGP’s Online Product SpeciFIRE® Is Now Even Clearer

TGP’s online product SpeciFIRE recently got a desktop and mobile facelift, providing users with a more streamlined experience. To better help users determine which products are right for their project, users are guided through the experience with a few short questions and are presented with product options that meet their criteria, including interior or exterior application, fire rating and location. Results are presented in a summary that design professionals can then use to research product options online or discuss with a local TGP sales person for more information.

Case Study: One Park Place

For One Park Place building, formerly known as the BMA Tower, to maintain its dramatic presence in the Kansas City skyline, it was critical that the building’s understated exterior remain in top condition. This proved challenging in 1985, when the building’s original white marble cladding began to warp from the corners, causing several panels to fall from the building.

Read more to learn how Neopariés crystallized glass ceramic panels from TGP helped preserve this iconic building.
